A gem inside the old city! Super nice staff and a lovely breakfast with local flavors. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy. It's just a short walk to the market and local eats. Definitely coming back 😊

particularly good location, only 15 minutes walk from the centre. outstanding assortment of fresh fruit, fresh bread, cereals, and pastries for breakfast.

An unexpected gem in Chiang Mai

Waking up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the good sounds of the bustling street outside was refreshing. The staff were really good, arranged last-minute tours with a smile. Don't miss out on the open-air market nearby-it adds to the hotel's charm.

Though our room had a lovely view, we did encounter a minor issue with some outdated towels. This small hiccup didn't overshadow our overall positive experience, but it's worth mentioning .

Clean, great value hotel, the location was great and fab just next door to a gorgeous pond and waterfall, surrounding area and restaurants, street foods, and markets. The room was luxury and elegant with a "antique table'', delicious tea and an old computer, and all other comforts. Everything was wonderful, yet a few employees were unpleasant. The provided service was exceptional. Efficient check-in, just what we needed. The stay was absolutely very positive.

Perfect property with cosy decor and stylish rooms. Efficient check-in and perfect service. No charge for airport shuttle service and wake up calls too. Incredible location in city centre and amicable staff. Also - so close to pak chiang Mai, Eco, fabulous homemade tasty food, amazing massages, comforts of home, the saturday/sunday walking markets and night bazaar and other markets.

The 'rustic' decor woudl ve been charming if it didn't feel like I stepped into a time capsule. The ceiling fan was loose and terrifying. I also expected some kind of complimentary upgrade since I had to deal with that, but I guess special treatment doesn't apply here. What a sham. Almost a good review, but no.

The mattress was a bit hard.

Staying here with family and a couple of friends was awesome! The traditional Lannathai style charm of the hotel made it cozy. Breakfast was especially good, with fresh fruits and juices. The staff was gentle and even suggested great nearby eateries like Munchies, which we enjoyed together.

Pak is a charming homestay with beautiful 1970s decor and a serene atmosphere. The location, just outside the busy Main Street, allows easy access to street food and essential amenities. I appreciated the well-prepared breakfast, along with complimentary bottled water. The ladies at the front desk exhibited really good helpfulness. Room 21 offered a peaceful retreat.

the courtyard garden is tranquil. the rooms can be a bit dark, especially the ones on the ground floor.

The atmosphere is calm, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The breakfast stands out, with freshly made dishes and local flavors that set a good tone for the day. A few minor inconveniences like outdated towels and a firm mattress could use attention. Despite these small hiccups, the staff's warm hospitality was great.

My wife says that having a bar area would enhance family enjoyment.

We had a lovely stay, enjoying the beautiful garden and incredibly cozy rooms, though we had a minor issue with a leaky sink. Would definitely return!
